If payment is delayed, AYLASHES has the right to cancel the order. We always ship our goods on working days from Monday to Friday (Friday 12 o'clock)

Take-back guarantee
You have the right to cancel the goods within 14 days without giving reasons. We only take back unopened goods in their original packaging (with the OPP shipping bag sealed by us).

If the goods are damaged, please send us an email to info@aylashes.de with the subject line: Damaged and order number. Please note that there are variations in the lashes and they can be different because they are handmade. Damages caused by shipping we have to check, please contact us also by mail.

Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this Agreement, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you (other than any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this Agreement. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will we charge you any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. The customer shall bear the costs of the return shipment.
