RETURN

Since we work exclusively with hygiene products, the products cannot be exchanged after opening. This applies in particular to the following products: Eyelash tapes, Aylash Glue, Lash Sets. If the protective foil is damaged/removed or opened, a return is excluded.

We do not refund returns if:

  • protective foil has been removed

  • Products used/opened or tested

  • Traces of use visible

  • Eyelashes have already been worn

 

How do I register a return?

 

1. Register a return

Contact our support team regarding your return at info@aylashes.de, with the subject return + order number, we will confirm receipt within 48H.


2. Pack & ship the goods

Pack the goods securely and ship them
after receipt of returns within 14 days back to us.

3. Return arrives

Your shipment arrived safely?
This is now being checked by us,
if everything is in order, the amount will be paid within 7 working days ...to the company.

Prerequisite for the return

1. is the product originally packed?

Then contact us with the subject Return + order number, pack the goods within 14 days and send them back to us.

2. what happens if I return opened goods?

Goods that do not comply with our return conditions will be returned to you at your expense.

3. when do I get my money?

After receipt of the return, if the goods are checked by us and everything is in order, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 working days.
