You won't even notice that you're wearing anything; the lash segments feel just like your own lashes. You'll need a little patience at first, but the more you use them, the easier it will become.

That's no problem! The DIY eyelashes are available in different lengths, so they won't touch the lenses of your glasses. Since our adhesive doesn't irritate even sensitive eyes, contact lens wearers generally have no problems wearing Aylashes eyelashes.

Wearing false eyelashes is completely safe. We also ensure that our products are latex-free, hormone-free, and, of course, free of toxic fumes to prevent irritation. With an oil-based remover, DIY eyelashes can be removed painlessly and easily at any time.

The individual eyelash segments are easy to use, and after a short time and a little practice, applying them should be very easy. They are applied under your natural lashes and will feel like your own after just a few minutes. Applying the eyelash extensions is a little easier with an applicator, but this isn't necessary.

Please make sure to use only oil-free products, otherwise you may loosen the bond prematurely and the eyelashes will no longer stay in place.

We make sure our products contain ingredients that are well-tolerated and safe, so you should be able to use our extensions and all our other products without any problems. However, in isolated cases, allergic reactions may occur. If you already know which substances you react to, our transparent ingredient list will help you ensure that you will tolerate everything well. Our products are extremely safe because we place the highest value on quality and tolerability. All our liquids are registered in the EU, are CPNP-notified, and dermatologically tested with a "very good" rating.

We ship with DHL's standard shipping service, so your ordered products will usually be delivered directly to your door within two to three business days. In individual cases, delays on DHL's part may result in longer delivery times, especially during the Christmas season. We therefore recommend placing your order well in advance of holidays.

Most orders are shipped within one day.
During the Christmas holidays, the Swiss Post Office—like us—is affected by the high volume of services. This leads to more frequent delays. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.

We deliver throughout Germany with DHL.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a tracking link.
Simply click on the DHL tracking number and you will be redirected directly to the shipment tracking page on the DHL website.

For orders over 19.95 euros, we offer free shipping within Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
For orders under 19.95 euros, the flat shipping fee is 3.95 euros to Germany and 7.95 euros to Austria and Switzerland.

Note : When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g., customs duties) may be incurred in connection with your order. These are not paid or invoiced by us, but must be paid directly by you to the relevant customs or tax authorities. You can obtain details from the relevant authorities.

Our eyelash glue is gentle on the eyes and does not produce any irritating fumes. Many of our customers who wear contact lenses report positive experiences with our eyelash extensions.
