Your tasks:

• Research and selection: Identification of suitable influencers who are a perfect fit for our brand.
• Database management: Building and maintaining a professional influencer database.
• Cooperation management: Contacting and negotiating cooperations with influencers.
• Partnerships: Building long-term relationships and maintaining existing contacts.
• Campaign development: Planning and implementation of creative influencer marketing campaigns.
• Creative briefs: Creating inspiring briefs for influencers.
• Content quality: Ensuring brand identity and quality of the content produced.
• Performance tracking: Analysis of KPIs such as engagement, reach and conversions.
• Reporting: Creation of reports to evaluate and optimize campaigns.
• Trend monitoring: Analysis of current social media and influencer marketing trends.
• Tool affinity: Ideally, you have some experience with common tools like Canva or social media management tools. This knowledge is not required, but an advantage.

Your tasks in customer support:

• Customer inquiries: Friendly and professional responses to inquiries via email, live chat, and social media.
• Problem solving: Handling complaints, returns, and other concerns to make our customers happy.
• Consulting: Supporting our customers in product selection, order processing and tracking deliveries.
• Data maintenance: Updating and maintaining customer data in our internal systems.
• Feedback management: Collecting and forwarding customer feedback to optimize our processes and the shop

This is what you bring with you:

• Experience: At least 1-2 years in customer support, ideally in e-commerce.
