Articles 13-14
DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION
Data protection information: We hereby inform you, in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR, which data we collect and process from you and for what purpose within the scope of email communication. When you contact us via email, the personal data transmitted with the email will be stored. If this information relates to communication channels (e.g., email address, telephone number), you also consent to us contacting you via this communication channel if necessary to answer your request. In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data will be used exclusively for processing the conversation.
The legal basis for processing data transmitted when sending an email is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If the email contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
We will of course use the data from your e-mail inquiries exclusively for the purpose for which you provided it to us when you contacted us.
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. For personal data sent via email, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation is concluded when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified. If the email contact is aimed at executing a contract, the data will be deleted after the expiration of the statutory retention periods (under commercial or tax law).
You have the right to request information from us at any time about the personal data concerning you that we have stored (Art. 15 GDPR). This also applies to the recipients or categories of recipients to whom this data is passed on and the purpose of the storage. In addition, you have the right to request rectification under the conditions of Art. 16 GDPR and/or erasure under the conditions of Art. 17 GDPR and/or restriction of processing under the conditions of Art. 18 GDPR. Furthermore, you can request data transfer at any time under the conditions of Art. 20 GDPR. If personal data is processed to protect legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), you can object to the processing of personal data concerning you at any time with effect for the future. In the event of an objection, we must refrain from any further processing of your data for the aforementioned purposes unless there are compelling, legitimate reasons for processing that outweigh your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing is necessary to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims. Please send all requests for information, requests for information, revocations, or objections to data processing by email, fax, or post to the controller, A ylashes, at info@a ylashes.de. For further information, please refer to the full text of the GDPR. You also have the option of complaining to the responsible supervisory authority about data protection issues. The responsible authority for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg, Königstraße 10 a, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany. Email: poststelle@lfdi.bwl.de
