Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. Consequences of revocation

If delivered items show obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such defects immediately to us by email with a photo to info@aylashes.de or to the employee of the transport service provider who delivered the items.
Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated product prices. Further details regarding applicable shipping costs can be found in the individual offers.
We only ship by mail. Unfortunately, pickup is not possible.

To pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, verify your identity, and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. Sofort will process the payment transaction immediately afterward, and your account will be debited.

In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you invoice payment as a payment option. Please note that Klarna invoices are only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna. When purchasing on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first, and you always have a payment period of 14 days. In collaboration with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer installment purchase as a payment option. Please note that Klarna installment purchase is only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna.
With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95). The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
8. Transport damageIf goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery person as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to file a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your statutory rights and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us assert our own claims against the freight carrier or transport insurance.
